Talked with Dave and he needs to know what I: drive he is trying to 
get access to.
Would be nice to know who someone else that accesses the I: drive 
so we know exactly which permissions he needs.

I was wondering what department I: drive you are trying to access?
Also, if you could provide the username of someone else around 
you who access that I: drive you'e trying to connect to we can make 
sure you get connected to the right one.

no log on name can access the I: drive from his
computer.  He has been assigned the I: drive
before but it isn't working.  He has tried 3
different log ons and the drive doesn't even show
up.  If he tries to log on a different computer he
can find the I:
