Richard wants the user be asked if she has any important information be pulled off from this machine if we were to reimage it.We will first try to reinstall the os but if it doesn't work,we will have to reimage it. Katie Halvorson	Sep 19, 2012 09:08 AM	Rebecca came by to get help on her Mac. When she tries to open Word it says that it cannot be opened due to the version of OS X. I tried software updates and restarting and that didn't seem to help. She was recently uploading new programs and updating a lot of new stuff. She also has problems with PDF's not opening when she clicks on them. It pops up but the words are not displayed. 503-910-8764	Add Attachment
