I contacted HR and spoke with Kayla. HR was
missing information which was why Cecilia couldn't
get into wolfweb

When she clicks on WolfWeb she gets an error
message about not being authorized.  I took her
though account look up to change password and it
still says not authorized.  Tells her "you are not
authorized to access Banner SIS"  I explained to
her that Banner and WolfWeb are different and she
swears she is clicking on the wolfweb link.  She
has tried restarting her computer and she is using
Firefox.
