The programs were already installed. Unknown why
they think the program isn't there. It functions fine.

I need some additional information regarding
service request #48355

Description: Lacey Spillman needs indesign and
photoshop


Has the department purchased these programs since
they are licensed out? If you have then it will be
no problem to get these programs on Lacey's
station. If not you will need to get in contact
with Tricia and fill out a purchase request.
