She will contact me the next time she is on
campus.  She will be able to show me what issues
she is experiencing since everything worked well
when I logged in and tested out her issues.

I was able to connect to wou-secure and use the
DVD/CD player on the computer.  Contacted Martha
so I could bring her laptop to her so she could
show me what difficulties she is seeing.

Martha Villegas-Gutierrez's computer will not
connect to the internet at her home or on campus.
Her DVD dirve also is not working on her computer.
The computer is with Lori and she is taking a look
at the computer.
