Uninstalled all instances of Java and installed
6_35.  He had a ton of toolbars installed that I
removed as well.

Brian is unabel to log into banner and it is
saying that he needs a plugin to get into banner.
When he tries to install the plug in it will not
let him.

He has tried this in bot IE and Firefox.

He will be in his office for another hour
