The issue is that it is printing very lightly,
even with a new
cartridge. Sometimes it only prints a portion of a

Good Morning, 

    Yes I put in a service request for you 
(48501) to have a tech come and look at the 
printer. Could you give me a little more 
information, is it printing at all or showing an 
error message? Also what is the wou barcode 
number for the printer.
