The program and os were set correctly, it was just
in one particular file. Fixed it.

Word is spell checking in Spanish. They have tried
to fix issue themselves and they are not able to
fix it. This is one of the main computers that is
used for keeping notes for medical visits. They
need to have this fixed as soon as possible. The
computer is located in SHC 136
