Found a lot of spyware and a few trojans. Removed and now it runs 
fine.

called and stated that the screen has gone black 
and she is not able to do anything with her 
computer.

Ruby's computer keeps getting a message telling
her that she has a virus. The message asks her if
she would like to leave the webpage. She clicks
yes and it leaves the page. She is continuing to
use the computer and the message keeps popping up.
