He had permissions error for updating firefox and
it said the same with administrator account.I did
some OS updating and  then it no longer showed the
message and updated to firefox 16.

Mike Johnson is having issues with his firefox. he
is using firefox 14 and he is unable to upgrade
it. He would like to have someone update his firefox.
