Hey Michael,

We are still working to get both the tasks we have open for you 
taken care of. (#48529 and #48530)
I'm sorry we were not able to make it to your office yesterday 
morning. Is there another time that works for you? Let me know 
or you can call our help desk and set up an appointment. The 
Indesign problem we might be able to fix without you being 
there, so if you wanted you could just let someone around you 
know that we will be coming so they can let us in your office.

Does Indesign not launch at all or does it give you and error when it 
does launch?
