Hi Eduardo,

I need some additional information regarding service request 
#48542

Description: Computer running slow unable to open documents

I wanted to let you know that Lori and I came by your office and ran 
ccleaner which corrects registry issues and clears temp files. Your 
computer was running much faster after we ran that.  Microsoft 
office was working alright when we tried it.  Please let us know if 
you are having anymore problems with office or your computer 
running slow.

There was 2003 office on his desktop. Put shortcuts for 2007.
Ran ccleaner. Seemed to run faster

His computer is running slow. It is also unable 
to open word documents. He is not getting an 
error message. 

He said ask Linda to open the office if he is not 
there.
