Re-imaged machine yesterday and added Cathy as an
admin through the terminal.  If this didnt go
through, we can remote in to do this for her.  She
has all programs installed she requested.

She ended up not taking it [to the mac store] yet
due to heavy workload.  Still in correspondence

Left an email last night explaining how we would
need to see the laptop in person, as it sounds it
may need to go to the macstore, and is not a
software problem we can fix remotely.

Mac book pro is acting up. The screen will go dark
on her and then the computer will shut down. The
computer will then take a long period of time to
turn back on. When the the computer is starting
back up the computer makes a beeping noise for
about 10 minutes and then returns to the regular
log in. The computer will also get really hot at
times. She is stating that it is getting hotter
than normal. The heating up is a random event. She
has the computer on a raised platform with holes
to help keep the computer cooler. The computer has
all of the programs that she works with on it and
she cannot be without this computer because the
goverment projects are on it.
