This computer is acting up again. It is saying
there is no DVI cable. Lori H checked and it is
there. she has tried restarting the computer and
that did nto correct the issue.

Hello Lori and Janeanne,

I was wondering if we had an update on this
computer that will no longer work after trying to
replace most of the hardware.  Would you like us
to prepare an older machine to put in its place or
were you wanting to order a newer machine?  I left
the ticket for this task open and was hoping to
update the ticket.  Please let me know how you
would like me to proceed.

Tried reseating RAM which didnt work.  Tried RAM
from a similar computer and that also didnt work.
 I contacted Lori H and Janeanne to let them know
the computer is not repairable and is not under
warranty.  Gave them an option to have us image an
older station for them or they could purchase a
new station if they like.  Waiting to hear back
from them.

Tried a different power supply and computer still
didnt turn on.  Last thing to try is RAM.

Replaced processor and now receiving a 1 & 4 amber
diagnostic lights then a 3 diagnostic light.

Replaced the motherboard and still getting an
amber 3 with no power.  Warrantied a processor to
see if this will resolve the issue.
