Maylimi Pakalapati	Oct 10, 2012 02:55 PM	As soon as we boot up the machine the error message is "error loading external resources (0 * 8007007e).When we say ok, it keeps saying "Windows installer..preparing to install".I've tried windows updates,scanning and switching users but none of it helps.I told him that I'll be back on friday to look into the issue further.
