Hi Maylmi

So far most PDFs that I download from through a
browser encounters problems when I open them, in
addition to my browsers running very slow.
Somehow, even with one window open for IE, it uses
up almost a gigabyte of ram, and I can only open a
few windows or tabs before the browser starts
recovering and reloading pages. And then pop ups
started appearing after ward, and everytime I
click on a link, it directs me somewhere else
unless I right click it to a different window or
tab. It might have been something that got
downloaded into my computer when I was looking for
a .rar files reader, I don't know. All I know is
that everytime I open IE and sometimes Firefox, it
gets slow, and possible y have many things running
in the background, coz the cpu monitor shows
nearly 100% processing on both core and almost a
constant 1 gig of ram being used.
I hope this helps,

His computeris closing his PDF files on it's own
and then recovering them.

He has his pop-up blcoker on high because he is
afraid of getting a virus or advertisment while
online. Because it's on high it is not allowing
him to open any links. When he tried to open a
link, it takes a very long time.
