John replaced parts on 2 library printers Friday.
 The printer we had needed more repairs and it is
ready to be taken back to the library today.

John from Cascade came out to look at the
printers.  He is going to be ordering parts for
the two printers and will be back out to replace
those parts later this week.

You will need to call this into Cascade Computer
Maintenance in Salem.  They are who handles the
contracts on the printers.  You will need the
serial number of the printer when you call.

Dear Techs,
We've had this ticket open since the 11th and
we've now had to shut the printer down since it's
jamming every page.  This is one of our main
public area printers and we really need it up and
running.  Could you make this ticket a priority
for us?

printer in library is constantly jamming.  Every
print job is jamming and then they fix it and it
jams again.
