I need some additional information regarding service request

Description: needs admin rights to print on Mac

I was wondering if you were still having problems connecting to the 
HU-Todd printer? Also, what hours throughout the week are you 
available to have a tech come out and help you with this?

I did not receive any reply back from her.I
enquired about her office hours and they are:
Mon,Tue,Thurs--- 1-1:50
Tue----3- 3:50.

Also her room number is changed .It is Todd 331 now.

When she tries to add a printer it says they need
admin rights.
