Blake von Brockdorff	Dec 19, 2012 10:34 AM	The blue, yellow, and black ink packs were empty. Replaced those. Then found there was a bent pin in the duplexer preventing the paper from being picked up. Straightened the pin. It works first time, most of the time. When it doesn't, when you press the error/feed button, it catches the paper and prints. It will most likely need replaced.	Add Attachment
