Myron and John Rushing had me order new print
heads.  My printer has two.

They also showed me how to dock my print heads so
I have access to them.

My husband works at HP and he showed me how to
clean my print heads.

My yellow black print head has been replaced.

My red print head is now striping but I plan to
clean it.

So in summary, my red print head is now striping
but I plan to clean or replace.

So I do not need help.

Hi Karen,

I was wanting to touch base with you regarding a
printer for which we have a service request.  It
looks as though a repair man has been out and was
wanting to know if you were still having issues
with this printer.  In the original service
request, it mentions that the printer was leaving
stripes on the paper.  Please let me know how your
printer is working for you since the technician
was out.

I talked with John about this.  He is going to go
look at it.  It is probably the print heads.

Karen has a HP Jet Pro 8000 and when she prints to
it, it leaves stripes on the papers. She believes
that it is a printer head that has gone out. This
is a local printer.
