Kim recieved an error message on her computer
letting her know that there was an issue. She
clicked off of it and she was able to work on her
computer for a while. Now when she is trying to
work on some of the programs on her computer she
is getting a half screen view. The screen will
also go black and she is not able to do anything
with her computer.
