Hello,

I work in the IT department of Western Oregon
University and we ordered an ergonomic mouse from
Evoluent through Other World Computing.  The user
that needed this mouse has tried using it on
several computers all with the same result:  The
mouse will only work intermittently or not at all.
 It looks as though it will only work on the first
USB port the wireless mouse is plugged into but
for short bursts of time, and when trying other
ports, it wont work at all.  We in IT have tried
to help troubleshoot the issue and have tried
using the mouse ourselves and plugged other
peripherals into ports which all work.  I believe
it is an issue with the mouse itself and was
hoping we could have a replacement mouse sent.

I tried contacting Other World Computing first and
the representative I spoke with on the phone
mentioned that the warranty is handled through
Evoluent, so I would need to contact the company
directly.

Please contact me either through email or phone. 
We would need to get a replacement for this user
as he has much difficulty using a standard mouse.

Contacted OWC and was told to contact the company
that supplies these mice directly.  Emailed
Evoluent since they dont offer tech support over
the phone.  They need the serial number of the mouse.

The wireless mouse it disconnecting and
reconnecting. It works at times and then not work.
He has tried this same mouse on several computers
and he is still getting the same issue. He
purchased the mouse the UCS.
