Got him all set up. He wanted to use 20100762[Edit Inv] as his main 
computer now and his laptop as his on the go computer. So got 
DSV and hudl installed and set him up to be able to remote into his 
desktop.

Hello Arne,

If you still wanted to connect your outlook on your loaner 
computer
you can download the outlook sync tool here.
http://wou.edu/ucs/google/Outlook_Connector_for_Google_Use
rs.exe

Run/install that connector. Then follow these instructions here 
on how
to create a profile.
http://wou.edu/ucs/google/outlook.pdf

It will probably take a while to completely sync up the first time 
but
that should sync your gmail with your outlook.
Let me know if you have any questions. I should have your laptop
finished tomorrow. Just have to call Hudl and have them install 
the
DSV and hudl software.

Would like to have his computer that he is using
now (loaner computer) to have outlook with his
contacts so that he can stay in contact with his
recruits while his computer is out of service

Computer had a lot of malware and viruses. Superanti was able 
to get some off but still unable to normally navigate around 
windows. Have you launch the task manager and browse to any 
programs and run them that way.  Took laptop back to office. 
Will try to back up files but will have to re-image

Arne's computer is popping up warning screens
saying that there is a problem. He could not get a
window to pop up on the screen while I was on the
phone with him. He also was light on information
about what was going on with his computer. He
stated that he wanted a tech to come down and was
persistent about having them come down.
