Looks as though the part needs to be replaced. 
Need to find out if the printer is student funded
or department funded first.

Roller was disintegrating and coming out and jamming the printer. 
Pulled strips out and unjammed it. The printer will most likely need 
to be replaced.

When students try to print to Lab-AALC the print
jobs are not being sent.  They have tried from
multiple computers but printer says ready and
computer never says print job was sent.  The
students have enough print credits.
