There was a job that the printer was having an
issue with processing. 33 jobs were in queue from
the past 3 months, had Dave Mc clean them out. Did
a cold reset and redid the settings, then disabled
the sleep function. So far, it seems to be
operating ok now.

The laser jet printer(20050249) name "ITC 104 Lab"
in 104 will not print when a print job is sent to
it if it is in sleep mode. The printer has to be
restarted in order to get it to print. This is
causing there to be a backlog of print jobs that
become unclaimed.
