The print job was too large for the memory buffer
in the printer.  Went from "processing job" to
"self memory test" and restarted.  all other
posters and sizes of paper work.

I make sure it is the correct printer, hit print,
says it is sent to printer, does not print. The
printer says processing job. It does not ever
print and after a while I get a little pop up box
that says the printer is not available do I want
to wait or exit? I have tried the wait and it
still does not print. I have been trying to print
now since 10am. We haven¿t had this printer very
long and it was printing no problems.

 

When I look it up under devices and printers on my
computer it says it is connected.

I am unable to print to our color printer
20120294[Edit Inv]. Please move this up to a priority task
if possible. Our department really needs to be
able to print to this printer. Thanks!
