Unable to replicate sound. It does make more noise
than a HP, explained this, the user was unaware.
It is functioning normally after several different
tests.

The new printer 20120305[Edit Inv] that is located in SHC
136 is making a grinding noise when it is
printing. This is a new printer and was deliver
around a month ago.
