Lori Burgeson	Nov 09, 2012 11:03 AM	Added 32-bit drivers to Krusty. Sent a test print from Krusty. Nothing was showing up in the queue on either Bart or Krusty. Turned printer on in lab and everything printed just fine from all computers in lab. Gavin does have admin access on all 4 computers in the lab. Everything seemed to be working well. If he notices any other issues, he will get in touch with me and I will further troubleshoot the issue.	Add Attachment
Katie Halvorson	Nov 07, 2012 11:40 AM	20100342 computer he doesn't have admin rights, he used to but doesn't now. The printer is having issues and needs to be able to clear the jobs. 20111185 is the printer that has been restarted and when he tries to print the printer error screen says held. There is also a flashing alert button on the printer. Printer name is Grendel.	Add Attachment
