The computer is 20090930[Edit Inv]. The SR references a
monitor. Unable to duplicate the issue and the
specific user was not there and the current user
wasn't having any difficulty. I deleted the user
profile who had the problem(Debbie Diehm gave
permission) and they will let us know if the issue
continues.
