Status changed from (1) Pending to (5) Completed

Not having the problem anymore.

The PC is licensed for 2010 and was installed as
2007. 2007 and 2010 are both completely compatible
with 2003 and previous files, just the interface
is different. Tricia states that rolling back to
2003 should not be considered an option at this
point as being faculty, this would greatly limit
his ability to read papers or work on projects as
well as it no longer being supported. Tricia
stated the Technology Resource Center will do a
one on one with him to get him used to the new
interface if this is the issue. He is not on
campus for me to verify if the issue is actually
with the files or just user adaptation to the 2007
vs 2003 interface. This will have to be followed
up after break.

Left vm again requesting availability during the break

His documents have been converted to windows 7 and
he would prefer to work with windows 3 on his
documents.  He is in his office 9-11 except Fridays.

Gonzalez-Viana Eduardo is not able to edit any of
his word documents. He would liek to have all of
is word documents to be in word 2003. He is saying
they have been converted over to word 2007.

He would like to have someone come to his office
Tomorrow Tuesday 11/13 to help him open his
documents that they can be edited.
