Nicole Crane	Nov 12, 2012 11:41 AM	**This is an email** Dear Help Desk, We thought that all of our computers had the same Word, etc. programs but this is not the case. Computer 20070559, located in the student work room, APSC 501 has 2003 programs. We would like for this computer to be updated to the same Word, Excel, and Access as our other computers which are: Word 2007, Excel 2007, Access 2007. If there is a cost to associated to making these changes then we would need approval before making these changes. thank you, mona p.s. We had publisher on all of our computers and now we do not.
