Had Kathy Heide let me into the office. The
printer powered up normally, printed fine, just
happens to be low on toner. Everything is working.

The printer is in room 232 not 225 like it says.

He moved his printer last week to paint and now 
it will not turn on. It is all plugged in but 
looks dead, no lights. He pushes the power button 
and nothing happens.
