UCS and it is still not working please help me

Christina is having issues with getting into her
email on her computer. she is trying to use mac
mail but is not able to get new emails. She is
getting them through the portal but not on the mac
mail. The email client sits and spins like it is
trying to retrive the mail but it never will.
