The CD drive and the metal carriage it is
installed on were in the case crooked. I pulled
the pieces out and put them back in correctly, not
forcing anything, and it works perfect now.

Marilyn recently received a new computer.  She
couldn't remove a CD, so I used a straightened
paperclip.  The button on the drive isn't working.
