Printer was trying to print on bart.
Deleted drivers and bart printers and reconnected printer on 
krusty.

Also fixed her flash not working on IE. It was up to date, just 
needed to reenable it.

When she tries to print to ED-RRCD she gets an
error saying it can't print because she doesn't
have the correct version. She has tried restarting
and can print to other printers, just not this
one.  After she did the restart, the computer
isn't responding to print anything.

She has tried to print a Word document.
