She called today to check on the request. She 
wants to replaced by Xerox because she said it is 
brand new and has been having problems from the 
beginning.

Went to look at it.  It boots up and then displays:

before rebooting infinitely.  Need to research the
problem more, and possibly call Xerox for repair.

The business and econ network printer is will warm
up and initialize then print a configuration page,
then not go past that part. The printer is shut
off. Danna Hewett would like to have this fixed
today if at all possible.
