When she tries to print from Banner, the computer
says the print jobs have been completed but when
she goes to the print it still says ready on the
printer.  She has tried turning it on and off and
still nothing being sent.  When she tries it with
a Word document, nothing is being sent either.

BO-pop is the name of the printer
