Unable to replicate the issue, however, the disk
had 2gb left so reimaged. Fixed and working.

When they try and turn it on it asks to start up
normally, run clean wizard, or safe mode and all
of the options don't go anywhere.  When they try
to select help wizard it says it can't be
completed.  They never get to the log in window.

Ref 8 computer in library.
