Printer error was related to trying to print to
the wrong printer. Fixed the issue. by resetting
default printer.

She was able to print directly from web page but
same error when trying to print a Word doc.

Computer in front office area gives an error when
trying to print.  They can see the printer name
but when you send the print job it says "Word
cannot process request." Computer never says print
job was sent to the printer.
