3 different versions of Java showed up.
Uninstalled all versions, deleted temp folders and
all traces of Java, rebooted, installed 6.37 x86
and x64, everything works again.

When she tries to open Viking software it opens
and Java comes up and just spins and doesn't let
her go into different pages and work around the
software.  She gets a error message saying the
pages are unresponsive.  Ever since she updated
Java she has been having problems with this program.

When she tries to open Word it loses connects. 
Sometimes she will be working on something and it
will say it lost connection.  The only way she can
quit it is task manager. Sometimes it lets her
find old documents and sometimes the folders never
actually open.  Excel has similar problems as well.  

She is plugged in with ethernet.  Had her check
the connections as well.  She has restarted many
times.
