Still had the updater-B issue with Sophos
happening. Did safe mode boot and resolved the
sophos issue which resolved everything else. Will
call back if there are any more issues.

opened PDF from gov site and computer crashed. 
She has tried restarting multiple times but
computer only stays on for a few seconds.  There
was an error message on blue screen when it first
shut down.  She was unable to read it because it
shut down too fast.
