He got the reset file from xerox which fixed the metered ink 
problem. However, the after the printer goes through its 
startup/cleaning process it says that the cyan ink is full. He 
placed the ink tray thinking the sensor in there was bad. It turns 
out it is a bad print head. He will order a new one and ship it to 
Corvallis in case Steve has to be the one that comes out. 
Planning on coming out Jan 3rd.

Good morning -

Looks like a tech came by yesterday to work on the
printer while I was out.  This morning the menu is
asking for a 4 digit password in order to start. 
Exact Message:

ENABLE METERED SUPPLIES
Enter numeric password
   ****  
Press OK when done.

Yes, I did try to press OK without entering a
number, but it told me that was an incorrect
entry.  We've never had a password on this unit in
the past.  So - still not fixed!

The printer says that the wax number cube is
incorrect but it fits and is what they have always
used.  She noted she has worked with you before
and you looked at the printer and is still waiting
for contact.
