We reconfigured the server with the correct IP,
and a '/ILL' at the end.  Works!

I looked at the firewall, but found the required
ports to be open already.  She will schedule a
test with SOU so I can watch in real-time.

Tonight I tested sending to Odyssey and it failed.
 I received this error message:

Results:
No connection could be made because the target
machine actively refused it 140.211.112.16:7968

Check to make sure that the specified port is
correct and that any firewalls are configured to
allow access to this port on the server.

Good morning,
One software that we are attempting to use at
Hamersly Library for interlibrary loan processing,
to send and receive electronic documents, is
ODYSSEY.  It operates much like ARIEL in that it
needs a static IP address, automatically sends and
(suppose to) receive electronic documents.  We are
able to send electronic documents with ODYSSEY but
are unable to receive.  Last night, from home, I
conducted an ODYSSEY TEST and received the error
message below, which tells me there is a firewall
blocking the receipt of electronic documents.  For
interlibrary loan processing we need this firewall
modified for the IP address: 140.211.112.16 /
Domain name: ariel.wou.edu.  We are using ODYSSEY
on the same computer as the ARIEL software.  The
computer ID#20070148[Edit Inv].
What do you need from us so that the firewall can
be modified to permit the receipt of electronic
documents with the ODYSSEY software?
