Replaced the power supply. Heard a horrible fan
noise and traced it to the video card so swapped
that out too. All works again

Hi Nancy,

I came and checked out Tom Udell's computer today.
It looks like the power supply has failed and I
have put in a warranty request for the part. I am
hoping we can have the part installed and the unit
returned no later than Tuesday. If there are any
questions, please feel free to let me know.

Nancy called to check on the request because he is
without a computer.

When he pushed the power button to turn on his
computer it made a loud pop sound.  There is no
light to the power button on the tower but his
monitors have power to them.  Had him check the
power source light on the back and it is off.  the
power strip he uses is currently working though.
