Attempted to do a cold reset on the printer and
flashed the newest firmware. Still no change. The
only option left, according to HP, is to replace
the formatting board (motherboard). I was only
able to find used ones upwards of $150+ with this
issue often reoccuring in a short period of time.
Recommended purchasing a new printer.
