Cathy's computer was re-imaged yesterday and all
programs listed below are now on her computer. 
She also does have access to I:\TRC

She got her computer back (previous ticket 48559)
from Apple, finding that it had been completely
wiped.  She needs WOU programs reloaded to the MAC
as well as access to the I: TRC drive.  She was
adamant that she could not connect to the drive,
and wouldn't turn on the computer to check.  To
her understanding "WOU loads a special OS thing on
the computer."  She wants as much done remotely as
possible tomorrow.  She is available starting at
0730 tomorrow.
