Lexie Widmer	Jan 03, 2013 10:23 AM	She is having trouble logging in to her computer. She receives the error message "this system cannot log you on." She gets the same message on other computers. Once logged on (using others' logins), she has no problem getting using her login to get into portal/ email. Her password was successfully changed through account lookup, but the same error message came up when she tried to log in again.	Add Attachment
