since she is going home.

she installed ubuntu on a flash drive and her
laptop crashed.  She is all black screen and needs
an operating system back on her laptop. She has
not been able to get back on since it crashed.

She would also like Adobe suite on her laptop. 
She has it on her office computer, just not on WOU
laptop.
