Both maintenance kits were installed.  New rollers
were installed and both printers seem to be
functioning properly

maybe this info will help clear things up;
W#20080294[Edit Inv] in WUC 111 had a maint kit from
P0088536 and SR49328 replaced Feb 1, 2013.
W#20080293[Edit Inv] in WUC 111 had maint kit from P0088748
received 2-18-2013 and this is the Maint kit that
Joanie put back on your desk and looks like it
still needs to be installed.

For the 20080293[Edit Inv] I never got it. Sorry I gave you
the wrong numbers below. The one that needs the
maintenance kit is 20080294[Edit Inv]. Urrr I hate it when I
do that

So what¿s up you guys. I have had a request in to
fix one of the printers in the computer lab for
close to a month if not longer. It has not been
fixed. The WOU number is 20082093[Edit Inv]

 

The other printer 20082094[Edit Inv] says ¿order maintenance
kit¿. It is working.

 

I would appreciate an update on the printer that
isn¿t working. Thanks!

Greetings,

 

I was checking in on the printers in the WUC
Computer Lab. The one (20080293) have been out of
order now for a couple of weeks. It keeps jamming.
I am sorry I don¿t have a service request number
for it. Also, the other printer has had some
problems with jamming. It is working but we
average 5-6 times a day of needing to remove jams.

They have been down there 3 times the last hour.  
Still keeps jammed.  Pull the jam out and then the
next job gets jammed and no print jobs are being
completed.

Cleared out jam and resized the tray on the bottom
to fit the correct paper size in the tray

They have been done 8 times this morning to keep
clearing out jams.  It gets cleared and then jams
again a few minutes later.

Everything seem to be working fine.  I printed out
the log and every 2 months it has 2 jams that
cannot be cleared by the printer. Working now though.

Printer 20080293[Edit Inv] says it has a jam. I checked it
and can¿t find a jam anywhere. I have turned it off.
