Called Soukup and he was gone for the day.
Eventually called Faye Whitenack 88172 and told her about the 
issue and she asked for Sue's number and said she would give 
her a call and try and get it fixed for her.
I will follow up with Sue and whoever else tomorrow.

Called to check status. This is affecting
students' financial aid.  She did try other
computers and same error message.

She called to check on status.  This student needs
to be registered by today.  She continues to get
the error message "ORA-20065" term not available
for update.  It comes up with every student she
tries to register.

She was registering a student and an error popped
up and went away.  She cannot remember the error.
 When she went back to check to see if the student
was registered and it is not showing now.  She
tried again and the same error came up again. 
There was a bunch of numbers that started with
"OR".  Now the banner screen is frozen.
